How to Detox through Your Feet

According to Chinese medicine, the whole body can be detoxified through the feet. Namely, the feet have energy zones which are connected to the main organ systems in the body. Needed:

A cup of Epsom salt

A cup of sea salt

2 cups of baking soda

Boil water and then add the Epsom salt, sea salt, and the baking soda. Next, fill the bathtub with warm water and add some apple cider vinegar and the previous mixture. If you want to, you can add some essential oils of your choosing.

Soak in the bathtub for half an hour to soothe skin irritation, detox the whole body, and elevate the magnesium levels.

Clay detox bath

You will need:

Half a cup of Bentonite clay

Half a cup of Epsom salt

Essential oils (optional)

Preparation: Dissolve the Epsom salt in a warm bathwater and then add essential oils if you want to. Next, mix the clay with a bit of water. Make sure not to use a metal bowl for the mixing. After the clay has dissolved, add it to the bathwater.

Soak for 20 minutes to remove toxins and increase the magnesium levels.

Oxygen detox bath

You will need:

2 cup of hydrogen peroxide

A tbsp of dried ginger powder

Preparation:

Add the hydrogen peroxide and dried ginger powder to warm bathwater.

Soak in the water for half an hour to alleviate pain and reduce allergies and skin irritations.
